i did all the shots i was told to do and connor is fine. just so you know. :) never had any issues at all. should you give babies vitamins? i've never heard that much about it. obviously if they are lacking in something but in general i never thought about it.
i also refuse the flu shot. all we are doing is creating a bigger scarier virus with things like that. i understand for the weak, ill, and/or older people but i think the average person does not need one. all i ever hear are people that got really sick because they inflicted themself with it.
connor turns 11 soon and has not had chickenpox yet and it worries me. i know the older they get the worse it can be.
